Terms of Service

The service

MyRaceDay provides team-operations tools for mountain-bike clubs, including roster, scheduling, practice and ride-group management, and internal race-day timing. Features may change as the product develops. MyRaceDay complements league systems (such as registration and sanctioned-race scoring) and does not replace them.

Accounts

Accounts are for adults (team staff such as administrators, board members, and coaches). You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Team and roster responsibilities

Teams enter and manage their own roster, including information about minors. The team is responsible for having the permissions and consents its program and applicable law require before entering or sharing that information, and for using the Service in compliance with league rules and law. You will not upload data you lack the right to provide.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or access data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use the Service to harass, harm, or unlawfully collect information about anyone, including minors.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Plans and billing

MyRaceDay is currently in alpha and may be offered free of charge. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe, billing is per team, and a league or organization may sponsor a team's plan. Fees, once charged, are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

MyRaceDay and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. Your team's data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Timing, results, and other outputs are tools to assist your team and are not guaranteed to be error-free or suitable for official scoring of sanctioned races. You are responsible for verifying results you rely on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRaceDay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, a team administrator may request export or deletion of the team's data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice. Questions: support@myraceday.app.
